The octagonal, windowless room in the tower was converted into a seminar and meeting room for employees of the City Hall administration. The division of the room into different areas, the lighting and fittings, as well as some carefully selected objects from the Town Hall collections, for example a facade model of the City Hall, a bronze sculpture, a chandelier and a door frame, all combine to give the room a suitably prestigious feel.
