Prototype Hamburg – Roof extension

The destroyed roof of an existing Grade II listed former factory building is to be transformed into a new, expressive, and highly visible structure. Old meets new in this exciting combination of two architectural styles, strengthening the individual character of both parts of the building by emphasizing their solid highly expressive appearance. The folded metallic structure, dictated by the existing and restored facade towers, flows along the top of the existing building, with the overhang on the southern side providing the greatest visual impact.
